I Sent my original Request on September 9th its now December quite frankly this is a bit of a ridiculous wait time to have an activation fixed when owning the usb when the only information needed is the ip address according to the link.

We sure are, Lamp just builds up quite a back log from time to time. Should be gotten to some time soon, but I make no estimates.

I was wondering the same thing the last time I heard from him was back in September. I was hoping he would deactivate mine so I can have it install on my new computer before april 4. Persona 5 is the game I want to try it on when it comes out.

I am wondering the same thing. Been desolate the past couple of days. Have not seen an admin for the past week. I have been logged in all of that time waiting for GenieLamp :cry: I hope they are ok.

How about simply making an update that will allow it to give people with the usb the option to deactivate previous activation so long as the usb is plugged in. at least it proves they are the legit owners and they can get there equipment working again. im here with only one activation never uninstalled, never wiped system or crash of drive or software just updated it and it asked me for my license again even tho I never once used it the second time either and no I did not forget if I used on another system. if there was a way to reset without everyone having to pesture on here it would save a lot of trouble especially us with usb's who don't know the key's of the usb just that it activate when plugged in. just a thought. thanks

Was Lamp really almost 3 months on vaccation? It's nearly unbelievable ...

Hope to get an answer soon from whoever to make the GameGenie of me and all other users here work again.
I am meanwhile very very upset because of this that nobody cares about this Problem since the last months.
We have paid for the GameGenie and so it has to work properly!!
That's no Kind of "Custumer Service". That's very bad .... :(

So, why does the messages that I sent to GenieLamp stays at outbox and don't go to “sent messages”? Does that mean that he cannot receive anymore messages? Or is his account deactivated? If so, who is going to give us the support for the Software and license that we bought?

The very fact that I continue to respond and we continue to monitor these forums, despite being unpaid volunteers, should tell you otherwise. Life can get in the way of efficiency when we aren't paid employees and are not actually required to be here or do anything. Keeping in mind also that we all paid for the product ourselves, it's not as though we don't understand your concerns.

By the way, threatening a lawsuit because a product doesn't work is a bit aggressive. Please refrain from that.

I had a problem with my registry key. Days ago, I had to restore my computer from a restore point. Since then, he has been giving the message "too many activations/error 1005". The gamegenie I bought is the pendrive and it was working perfectly. Can you help me fix the problem? Thank you.
