I have the same issue as everyone on this post. My laptop died and the installation to the desktop was gone (had to reinstall Windows). I've sent a message to GenieLamp on Sun Jun 04, 2017 4:29 am. I forgot to send my full name, should I send another message? (That's assuming everyone else is sending their help to). Did I send it to the wrong person? If i did, please let me know.

I believe I have sent everything else that's required tho.

If you sent the message including the e-mail you bought it with, you did everything right. Unfortunately, it's unlikely you'll get the help you need. Lamp isn't really around much, if at all, anymore and he's the only one that could've helped. Hyperkin is no longer giving support for this product so the only way for your GG to function again is to buy a new license from the EU site.

It's silly that they couldn't have added an activation reset ability onsite. Rather than stop support and rob people of their purchase. If there is no other way, I will never buy from GG again.

I just hope that people of future purchases should be aware of the lack of support and the possible loss of a product (in the future).

Sadly it seems even that doesn't work anymore. I bought a new license, but after 5 days I still not received a new license key. And no responses from support@gamegenie.eu.

I will wait for two more days then I have to try to get my money back...

Aug 18 last posting here....

Hopefully Lamp hasn't "moved on"... really needs to pass the reigns over to others if Lamp doesn't support the 3 anymore.

For everyone still waiting ... let's face it Lamp apparently abandoned ship a long time ago......

Or in other words everyone who is waiting on a deactivation, might as well bend over and spread em, then wait for the un-greased telephone pole to be inserted.


EXCUSE the hell out of me for displaying my utter disappointment........ but it's kinda a douchey thing that's happened to us here......

To be honest, I don't think that anybody gets deactivated by GenieLamp or any other member here. Just for the records, I send my PM to GenieLamp for deactivating me on December 10th 2016. Since then, no reply and I don't think that anything will happen anymore ...

So, does the deactivate button in the program still deactivate? I'm out of activations and I'm upgrading to Win10 next week. I don't want to lose the one activation I still have access to.

so is anyone getting reactivated? I just found my gamegenie after about 2 years and have a whole new setup. I sent a pm to genie so is anyone getting a response? I don't really need it but itll be nice practice for my coding homework in college

I don't have the ability to PM anyone... So, what do I do? I have the USB and when I moved my PC it said the error code 1005, even though it's the same PC...

Update: Nevermind on the inability to PM someone. The forum was right, after I posted, I was able to PM and I just PM GenieLamp the information that is needed. Hopefully, I'll get a response...

Well, from what I have already read on the forums (concerning this subject), until GenieLamp does respond; it looks like he may never will. Anyway, that's just my opinion and guess on this. -- Take care everyone and continue to game the good games! :D
